Brooke brings years of marketing experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, real estate, and retail. Having worked with dental practices, orthodontic offices, oral surgeons, pediatric specialists, and chiropractors, she gained a deep understanding of the unique challenges in healthcare. Additionally, her work in real estate and retail has broadened her perspective on what drives success in diverse business environments.

Meanwhile, David has built and grown his own rafting and fishing company in Southern Oregon, giving us invaluable insight into the needs of outdoor and independently owned businesses.

Brooke McCollum

With over 10 years of experience in the marketing field, Brooke is the founder of McCollum Marketing, a full-service marketing agency.

Drawing on expertise gained from working with a dental service organization (DSO) and a variety of healthcare practices, Brooke has built a reputation for delivering targeted marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance patient engagement, and elevate brand presence.

Throughout her career, Brooke has developed a well-rounded skill set that spans digital marketing, branding, content strategy, social media management, and more.

Brooke has successfully partnered with clients across industries, providing innovative solutions that meet their unique business needs while helping them stay ahead of the competition.

Brooke's passion for marketing is matched by a commitment to results. She is driven by a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, combining years of hands-on experience with a forward-thinking approach to marketing that empowers businesses to grow and thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.

Co-Founder

David McCollum

David McCollum is the co-founder of McCollum Marketing, where he works alongside a talented team to provide businesses with tailored marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. David has helped numerous companies refine their brand presence and reach their target audiences effectively.

In addition to his work at McCollum Marketing, David is also the owner and guide of Jefferson State Outfitters, a thriving fishing and rafting business in Southern Oregon.

His expertise in both business management and marketing has allowed him to successfully grow both ventures, utilizing strategic approaches that deliver value to his clients.

David’s marketing background plays a key role in the success of his rafting business, where he applies his knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, and customer engagement to attract outdoor enthusiasts.

Co-Founder

Dennis Taibl

Dennis Taibl has over 40 years of successful experience as an entrepreneur, COO, and senior sales, marketing and business development executive. He has helped to guide 5 different companies to successful exits and managed national and international teams of over 200 people. He has coached and mentored over 40 high performers who went on to become successful entrepreneurs and senior sales and marketing executives for notable companies.

Dennis has been a consultant/advisor since 2014 guiding the successful launch of startup companies in consumer products, software, healthcare, media and multiple technology segments, including a Shark Tank invested company. He specializes in developing sales and marketing plans, funding assistance, and guiding startup teams through a process-driven approach to gaining market traction.

Dennis has a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s from Purdue University where he played football and baseball.
